REFUND POLICY

Since Go Online Grow Online by A3 Marketing Solutions offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on our website. Please ensure that you have carefully read the product description before making a purchase.


However, if you purchased a service on our website, we will consider a refund request based on the service delivery status:



  • If the service is purchased but work has not started: 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.
  • If the service is purchased but work has started and up to 50% of the work is completed: 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
  • If the service is purchased but work has started and up to 100% of the work is completed but not delivered: 20% of the paid amount will be refunded.
  • If the service is purchased and up to 100% of the work is completed and delivered: The refund will depend on the query.
